Compliance status
This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 AA standard, due to the non-compliances listed below.
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons.
Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations
- The data presented in tables, such as the Stakeholder details, aren't optimized for screen reader use, particularly as acronyms are often used that lack contextual definitions (WCAG 3.1.4) This is an AAA standard we would like to meet
- Not all navigational links and buttons are adequately descriptive (WCAG 2.4.9) This also is an AAA standard we intend to meet
- When magnifying the content, you will need to scroll sideways, as well as up and down, as the content doesn't reflow. This fails WCAG 1.4.10 Reflow (AA).
- Pages don't have unique titles. This fails WCAG 2.4.2 Page Titled (A).
- In places, the page heading structure needs to be improved (WCAG 1.3.1)
We are continually improving this website with new features, bug fixes and changes that improve the general usability. We regularly review the site from an accessibility point of view, and intend to fix the issues to make the site WCAG 2.1 AA compliant.
Disproportionate burden
We have not made any disproportionate burden claims.
Content that's not within the scope of the accessibility regulations
We consider all content on SMART to be within the scope of the accessibility regulations.
